The importance of the program lies in the fact that it is used to create spreadsheets, lists, budgets, and graphs. Excel is useful for data processing and may be used for advanced calculations. The program, designed by Microsoft, is one of the most widely used programs in the world. The number of Excel users exceed 750 million users around the world. This course offers training in dealing with tables, mathematical formulas, functions, and data analysis and its representation in the form of charts. During this course a trainee gains a set of skills including:

 

  • Understand the main screen components of the application;
  • Identify and enter various types of data into a worksheet;
  • Handle formulas and mathematical functions;
  • Basic formatting and conditional formatting of cells;
  • Create, edit and format charts;
  • Print workbooks and worksheets;
  • Sort and filter data.

 

Adobe Photoshop

 

 

Number of hours: 50 hours.

 

 

Adobe Photoshop is the most popular software for editing images, creating and modifying pictures. The program is used to create diverse visual designs by combining images, texts and other elements; as well as to modify photographs through change of color, light or contrast levels. It can be said that the program is used in the design, modification and alteration of all elements associated with pictures, a case which has many purposes in diversified practical areas. The most significant uses of Adobe Photoshop are:

 

  • Design of signatures and cards;
  • Design of the banners;
  • Animation design;
  • Design of posters;
  • Design of Advertisements;
  • Design of book covers;
  • Design of magazines;
  • Design of websites through Photoshop.
